Bringing NSM Dynamics on board changed the way we do business. We have moved from multiple systems and platforms to a single platform accessible by all.  The levels of access and associated permissions / restrictions have afforded us a new way of operating internally as a team, as well as externally with service providers.  Yes, even our external providers are able to access this single platform.  No more duplicate copies of documents for different teams – a single solution for all.

Aside from the move to excellence in the way we operate, Nicholas’ personal commitment and style continues to astound me.  I have personally never experienced support on this level..
